Dedicated to fulfill her promise to serve God all the days of her life, Joyce Girgenti incorporates Jesus name, inspirational messages, and scripture into every canvas graced by her brush. Her mission is to be used as an instrument to lead the lost, to lift up the fallen, and to encourage those who need a reminder that God longs to have a personal and intimate relationship with us.
Her paintings are not only wonderful conversation pieces, but priceless ministering tools and a legacy for families for generations to come. The artist is convinced that her gift is to be used as a ministry and admits that the incorporated messages and scriptures are as much for her benefit as they are for her viewers.
With the inspiring stories that they tell, Joyce's Family Heirloom Collection remind us that whether our parents or grandparents did their job right, we (Mom's and Dad's) are directly responsible to our children to do our job as God created us to do.
Be encouraged to use your gifts to glorify the Lord. Even though there are some opportunities that seem to be insignificant and ordinary, God may be putting together a bigger picture to shape your life and your character.

I, Lynne Hughes, began painting fine art in 1994. My media of choice is watercolor because of its softness, depth, and contrast I can achieve through the glazing of color. Depictive, figurative work is my favorite composition. I like to approach each subject individually listening to their inner spirit. I attempt to make my work turn the eye to a different kind of reading and interpretation trying to capture them through a quality of textures, tones, and form. I have been involved in several local competitions since 1996 and have won awards on various levels. My first invitational show was in 1998, called "Artists Ask Artists" at the Ridge Art Association. After three consecutive years, in 1999, I was awarded my signature membership into the Florida Watercolor Society. My painting, "Our
Lace maker" was chosen to celebrate Grandma Moses in the 21 st Century. The exhibit, "Grandmothers Brush" was held at the Orlando Museum of Art in 2001. The Lakeland Public
Library awarded my painting, "Hands on Knowledge", to celebrate 75 years and commemorate its "Diamond Jubilee." At present the majority of my work consists of private commissions. My personal work is displayed at the Imperial Art Gallery in Lakeland, Florida, and other galleries throughout the central Florida region.
